Find the tasks that should take two minutes and take thirty.

ReMynd Teams is a private desktop app that records each person’s screen and meetings, finds the busywork your team puts up with, and sends you a weekly report ranking your biggest opportunities, with an automation proposed for each.

Sample report. Northfold is fictional. Select an opportunity to see the automation behind it.

Your team is doing busywork they hate. They just stopped noticing it.

Every Friday

One opportunity report. Ranked by hours back.

Not a productivity score and not a dashboard of people. A short list of the busywork worth fixing first, found in the work your team actually did this week.

The busywork nobody sees

Copy-pasting from one form to another. Retyping the same ticket into a second tool. Rebuilding the same report every Friday. People tolerate it because it has always been part of the job. ReMynd spots the repeats they no longer notice.

Ranked by the hours they give back

A task that eats thirty seconds once is noise. The same thirty seconds 188 times a week is most of a day. Opportunities are ranked by the time they return across the whole team, so the first one on the list is the one worth fixing on Monday.

An automation proposed for each

Every opportunity answers “so what?” with a scope of work: what happens by hand today, what the automation would do instead, what it can touch, and what it will never do. Nothing runs until the person it affects approves it.

Where the team’s week went

Time on calls, time on busywork, time waiting on someone else, by team rather than by person. It shows where the hours go without putting anyone’s day under a microscope.

How it rolls out

Use it for three days. Get your first automation.

Like a fitness tracker, it gets more useful the longer it runs, and it starts with each person. Everyone sees what it does for them before anything reaches the team report.

  1. Day 1

    Install on each Mac

About a minute per person. From then on each person can rewind anything they saw on screen and search every call.

  2. Day 3

    First automation, just for you

Each person gets their own first suggestion: the task they repeat most, and what could do it for them.

  3. Week 1

    Each person reviews their findings

Everyone sees their own busywork first and approves what can be shared with the team.

  4. Friday

    You get the opportunity report

The biggest opportunities across the team, ranked by hours back, each with an automation proposed.

The math

Put in your own numbers.

The sample team spent 2.4 hours per person on busywork in one week. Change the inputs to see what the same busywork costs your team over a year.

Busywork a year

$72,000

1,104 hours, or 0.6 of a full-time person you already pay for.

An estimate, using 46 working weeks and 1,840 working hours per person a year.

Privacy

The AI reads the work. People don’t.

Nobody scrolls through anyone’s screen history. The AI reads the work on each person’s own Mac and writes up the busywork it finds. The only thing that reaches you is the opportunity report.

You see

  • The opportunity report: busywork found, hours at stake, the automation proposed
  • Where the week went, by team
  • Only findings each person approved

You never see

  • Screenshots, screen recordings or anyone’s timeline
  • The text of messages, emails or documents
  • Banking, password managers, personal messages or any app a person keeps out of capture

What it never does

  • No grades, no rankings of people, no productivity scores
  • Recordings stay on each person’s Mac
  • Calls are transcribed on the person’s Mac, not on our servers. Recording-consent rules where your team works still apply.

Questions

Common questions

Is ReMynd Teams employee monitoring?

No. There are no grades, no rankings of people and no productivity scores. The AI reads the work on each person's Mac and writes up the busywork it finds. What reaches you is the opportunity report, and each person sees their own findings first and approves what gets shared.

What does my team get out of it?

Their own ReMynd first: rewind anything they saw on screen, search their calls, and after about three days, their first automation suggestion. The team report comes after people have seen what it does for them.

Do you build the automations?

Each opportunity comes with the automation spelled out: the trigger, the steps, what it can touch and what it will never do. You can hand that to your own team or build it with us. Nothing runs until the person it affects approves it.

Is ReMynd Teams available today?

It is in early access. We are working hands-on with a small number of teams, which is why the first step is a call.

Does it work on Windows or Linux?

Not yet. ReMynd is a Mac app today. Capture, on-device text recognition and the local index are all built on macOS.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on the size of the team. We will walk through it on the call.

What happens on the call?

Fifteen to thirty minutes. We ask which team you would start with and where you think the busywork is, walk you through a sample opportunity report, and tell you plainly whether ReMynd Teams is a fit.
